It’s perfect location offers panoramic sea views to Tinos island and the infamous windmills of Mykonos and only a five minute walk into the main town.
Nightlife & restaurants are all easily accessible. Supermarkets & local shops are also in close proximity.
This family home was originally built in the 1970’s with architecture that was typical Cycladic style featuring high ceilings and arched features.
It was modelled on the "Villa Stupore’” which is the modern day Belvedere "Nobu" restaurant, where the family resided in the 1960’s.
The recent upgrade of the bathroom and master bedroom have blended perfectly into the original design.
The layout comprises of a large comfortable living room with sea view.
The spacious master bedroom (queen size bed) has large windows with an breathtaking sea view to Tinos island & a walk-in closet.
The 2nd bedroom (large double bed) also offers superb sea views.
(A loft perched above the living room provides an additional cosy sleeping area -on request )
The traditionally designed kitchen is fully equipped with dining area & a breakfast bar. The bathroom has been re-designed into a unique Myconian cemented elegance.
This charming traditional family home also has a wind sheltered terrace, perfect for outdoor dining which is lined with palm, eucalyptus and pine trees interlocked with an abundance of mediterranean plants.
It is private and quiet but yet close to town.
